Laurence will he work out?
I'm glad Laurence Fishburne didn't just walk in as the new head. It's more realistic that he start at the bottom and have to learn how to do things. It seemed a little odd that one CSI told him not to talk to the people when that seems to be something they all do all the time though in real life her advice would be true. They still need a good strong leader. I just do not feel that yet so they will still need someone new to come in, I think. Laurence Fishburne is a good strong character though a little awkward but that should work out over time. He started out as a professor on serial killers but apparently had the right credentials to join CSI. So he filled a spot when other members moved up and Grissom moved on but this work is far outside his usual work of just teaching what serial killers do. It will take a lot of time and practice for him to get things right. He shouldn't have been in the field right away either. Usually they are lab bound at first then earn going into the field later. I was worried he would do something stupid just from not having learned the ropes yet.
