HEROES Brought together An Audience Spanning Over All Ages

We have now, more or less allowed ourselves to get drenched in the fragrance of the HEROES. With merely two seasons on air the show is already a hot favorite among the Americans. While we say Americans, it is not only that young audience typically attached to science fiction shows that we refer to. In fact, one of the greatest successes of the HEROES has been to include audience from literally all spheres of American audience.

In a noteworthy development, the surveys have started showing some striking features related to changing face of science fiction audience in America. Accordingly, we have experienced a sudden but steady rise of audience spanning all the age groups. HEROES has been squarely instrumental in making this phenomenon a reality. While referring to this unique phenomenon that the HEROES has added to the American science-fiction audience, the uniqueness and subsequent professional handling of the subject matter of the show deserve a thousand greetings. Let's have a look at that part.

Tim Kring, as suggested by quite a few reports, before finalizing the concept of the show interacted with a number of producers of some prominent and to some extent successful television programs. As the reports suggested that amongst the producers he met, one was Mr. Damon Lindelof. Lindelof had been the executive director of television program Lost. Incidentally this is the man with whom Kring worked for a span of 3 years as well, earlier in his career. Both the men with their experience from Crossing Jordan days shared some vital information which ultimately offered Kring the idea that he was looking for HEROES.

HEROES, in this stage, received some serious impetus from Kring who stopped nothing short of crediting Damon Lindelof in a whole-hearted way. The reason for this credit-sharing, as described by some of followers of the HEROES remains in the fact that Damon Lindelof was extremely helpful in suggesting Kring regarding various ways of going ahead with the HEROES. There had been some special inputs from Mr. Damon Lindelof that he shared from his personal experience of working with some such series that had already been given a serialized appearance.

Ensuing discussion between these two personalities had been such a fruitful one that both soon after the completion of discussion agreed working with each other. Later, while working with the NBC, Tim Kring was absolutely jubilant and continued saying that the channel was very supportive and remained extremely excited towards the show. While promoting HEROES he went on detailing each event which included even the ending of the episodes that some of the reports labeled as cliffhanger. Kring made it a point to keep a veil around the program so as to offer more interest in the audience.

While faced by journalists from NBC regarding the future of the show, Tim Kring replied that one just requires to be patient for finding the answer. Well, with the steady and increasing number of followers behind the show the surprise has really turned out to be a worthy one, as it seems!!
