They backtrack from the time that Kensi went into bank. We see her talking to agents about finding a place to store all her momentos. Then the agents get a lead on a case and find Chad Jeffcoat dead in his trash can. They find $250,000 hidden in his house. They see that he owned / rented space out of an airport. They go there and find the rest of the money. While there, they get into a shootout with some guys.
They realize that these guys were planning on robbing a bank. They see that they are going to rob a bank downtown. They realize that there is someone working on the inside who will wire the money to the terrorist group.
One of the guys that wasn't killed by Callum and Sam was shot as he went to find his boss, Salerno.
They go back to present day and Kensi is shot. Sam also gets shot - but then we see that everybody in the bank was undercover and the blood that was on Kensi and Sam is fake blood. The person at the bank, the mole, escapes and they follow him to see where he will go or contact.
They see that the bank director was also involved. They find and capture Salerno.
