Who Should Be Next

I'm not so sure who will die in the next episode of “Harper's Island,” but there are a few characters I know I wouldn't mind not seeing in episode five.

First, there's Sully. He's so annoying. I honestly can't stand him, always trying to take Cal's girlfriend away. He's immature like a high school student. He got what he deserved, being honeyed and feathered, but I know he'll be out for revenge. He'll probably be targeted in the forest, thinking he's trailing Cal. I can see it now. He'll be like, “Cal�is that you?” Then, bam! Out comes good, old-fashioned poetic justice.

I know I'd like to see Thomas Wellington go. If Sully's a jerk, then Wellington has to be a douche. I'm sorry, but he's the traditional overbearing alpha male type that I just can't stand. He's pretty intolerant to Richard, but at least Henry has the backbone to stand up to Wellington and not become his whipping boy. I think there will be a little more animosity between them very soon.

I wouldn't mind seeing the stepmother/trophy wife go, either. She seems to have it too good, and I'm pretty sure there isn't a shortage of people who wouldn't be sorry if she was discovered in a bathtub or something.

Shane should go, too. I don't think anyone other than Jimmy likes him. He seems like the most obvious suspect as the killer, so it can't be him. He'll probably only be able to prove his innocence through his death.
