Guilty Pleasure *SPOILERS*

The episode opens with a carful of distracted teenagers hitting a man with their car. They discover that the man is dead, but not as a result of the accident, but due to stabbing.

The scene then cuts to the NCIS building, where Tony and McGee get in a spat because Tony alleges that McGee stood him up when he needed a “geek wingman.” This is taken in by Ziva with a smile and a laugh, leading to some confusion regarding the long running Ziva-Tony romance speculation. McGee shrugs off Tony's annoyance, and Tony says he's done with him. The team are then called out to the previously seen crime scene.

It transpires that the deceased, Moss, had stumbled from a motel nearby, where according to his wife he had been meeting a prostitute. Oddly, she's not upset. Why? Moss was a reporter, and working on a story. While investigating the hotel crime scene, Tony runs into Detective McCadden, with whom he immediately establishes a movie quote related rapport. McGee remains silent, but Tony's new friend does not sit well with him. Tony and “McC” bond further in the autopsy room, making a date for later, as Ducky tells them that the reporter's death is similar to three others in the area.

The team finds the name of the escort, and find that she worked for the notorious Holly Snow, who the team busted. Gibbs tracks Holly down, and she agrees to help out-but only if the team pretends to put her back in business.

A flustered DiNozzo is the chosen target for Charlotte Church, the prostitute who was with Moss. The team pick her up, and ask her about the four murders. Charlotte admits that she knew all the men, but doesn't admit to killing them.

Gibbs and Holly talk about Holly's job, with Holly standing by Charlotte's innocence. Her name is cleared when another body is found–time of death was while Charlotte Cook was in custody. McGee, Tony and McCadden investigate the newest victim, who they find also had been known to use prostitutes. Holly talks to Charlotte, who finally gives up the name of one of her johns who was rough and possessive–Nicholas, who allegedly works for the state department. Weirdly enough, Holly knows him too–from one of her state department sexual harassment seminars. McGee continues to be jealous about “T-Cad,” (Tony and McCadden) muttering about it to Abby but refusing to admit it bothers him.

T-Cad go to pick up Nicholas Everett, with Tony defending McGee. It appears cracks are already appearing in this relationship. When they catch Nicholas, he has no cuts on his hands. Abby says the killer has to have cuts, from the knife he used. Ergo, Nicholas? Not the killer. Cue the dramatic music.

McGee points out something else the victims had in common–Holly Snow, who it soon appears has gone rogue. Gibbs and McGee go to MTAC to track her. Meanwhile, Tony sends McCadden home, much to Ziva's amusement.

Holly the team speculates is on the way to see Charlotte, who's been admitted to the emergency room for domestic abuse. Gibbs goes to see her, looking much the worse for wear. Who hit her? She's reluctant to say. My money's on the lawyer. Yep, she says it's her boyfriend, who is…the lawyer! Turns out he's the one who texted Charlotte, so presumably, he has Holly. McGee finds the signal from his phone in an office complex, where he's holding Holly. Just as he's about to slit Holly's throat, Gibbs shoots him. The camera pans to his hand-yep, he's got cuts.

Meanwhile, Tony shuns his new BFF, siding with his “NCIS geek” friends. McGee revels in Tony's return, much to his annoyance. He gets McGee a cookie, but takes it back, in typical DiNozzo fashion. Holly and Gibbs share dinner at his spartan home. It appears that they are friends, as neither of them have many. I think Gibbs could use more friends.

Loved the interactions between the team members in this episode, but I'd like to see more Ziva! She definitely took a backseat in this episode.
