NCIS characters

One of the many reasons I enjoy this show is because of the characters, the team on the show works so well together it just makes sense. Gibbs runs the show, theres no question. He's (usually) calm and handles situations well but has utmost loyalty to his team. DiNozzo is the class clown, but he's also the big brother of the team, and can switch from one to the other flawlessly. Ziva seems like the yang to Tony's Ying. They each set each other up perfectly and seem to strive on tricking each other, however she is very strong willed..but friendly to those she trusts. McGee seems like your average computer geek from any show, but he also plays the little brother, and has to endure with Tony's pranks. He alway has a surprise though..something uncharacteristic that he'll do to show that at the end of the day he's not bothered. Abby is like the sweet sister that if anything happens to her, everyone is ready to protect her...and listens to crazy music. Despite her first appearance she is probably the kindest character and manages to balance forensics and being the teams mascot. Lastly Ducky..he's like the grandfather of the family, no matter the situation he's got a story to tell that no one seems to listen to (besides Palmer). He is endlessly polite and carries enough knowledge to help the team beyond his fields of expertise.
