This Week on NCIS: Deliverance

Once again, what an opening to NCIS this week!

First things first . is it just me or was it a little eerie to see the guy selling guns to the gang kid? When you think about it, you know that little moment is not too much different than how this really works. There are some horrible people out there selling guns to kids to use in their gang violence. It just made me think about all the news stories we see about kids being killed in gang violence and that these are kids who are out there and think they are grown up gang members.

But, I digress. Onto this week's show. The gunrunner trying to sell to a gang kid is what opens this week's show as the kid shoots through a skylight while trying out a Tech-9 and a body falls through. The body belongs to a marine who was killed on the roof. Near his body was Gibbs' military ID written in blood.

You know things are going south when Mike Franks comes in. Franks is never around unless something really bad is involved. In this case it is Gibbs time in Columbia as a part of a Black Ops mission.

It is quite the twisted case with a woman who Gibbs and Franks met in Columbia almost 20 years before who had come to the states, but since died. She is the only one who should have known the information that was scrawled in blood (as Gibbs added a letter to the number to make sure he knew who it was from). It turns out that while she is dead she had a son that was born just before she came to the states. That leaves you wondering if the boy is Gibbs' or Frank's!

I'm not going to spoil too much of this for you, but let's just say that once again the writers were able to take me on a roller coaster ride of trying to find out just what was going on and why no one was willing to talk about the truth!

Additionally, if you haven't watched it yet, you will be completely surprised by how it ends. It was quite the wild ride to get to the ending of the show. I'll let you know you will also be able to learn a little more about Gibbs' past and some of the things he has been through! This is a must-see episode that may even bring a tear to your eye by the end as well as another 'WOW' moment in the closing scene.
