Run Show Box on Your Old SmartPhone
The Show Box Android app has been growing in popularity. Seems everywhere I turn someone is running Show Box on their Android SmartPhone. I think it's greatthat you can watch the latest movies and TV shows on the go. But wwtching a movie on a tiny screen just doesn't cut it for me. Luckily Show Box let's you download movies to watch later, so you can use Show Box as a movie and show downloader. But it can quickly eat up your data plan if you run it on your primary phone.
Most of us have old SmartPhones lying around. You can put one of your old SmartPhones on your Wi-Fi, specifically for downloading movies and TV shows through Show Box. Just make sure you put a large microSD Card into your SmartPhone. Show Box is smart enough to save the movies on your microSD Card. If you download multiple movies and shows, be sure to use a large enough microSD Card.
Once the movies or shows has downloaded, you can turn off your SmartPhone and transfer the movies/shows to your computer and play them on your big screen. Of if your old SmartPhone has micro HDMI port, then your life is even easier. Just connect it directly to your big screen TV.
