Will Logitech Revue With Google TV Work on 720p HDTV?

I want to get Google TV on my existing big screen TV. Logitech Revue 970-000001 seems to be able to do the trick. The specification says that it can do 1080p. However, does anyone know if it can do 720p? My television is 720p, so I don't know if it will work with my TV.

Based on the following passage from the "Revue outputs only one display resolution" thread, it will work on 720p TV.

"I really want something that can detect what the native resolution is and what the maximum resolution of the display device can be. I sometimes switch between a 720p and 1080p tv because my bedroom is right next to my tv room and I can just run the HDMI cable to either TV easily to watch TV on either one. But with the Google TV it won't detect its going from a 1080p tv to a 720p tv so it won't display anything. I have to manually switch the resolution in the google tv settings, then reboot the device. Then I can plug it into my 720p tv. But even then, the google tv interface is cropped on all sides a lot, the TV signal isn't cropped, just anything in the google tv interface like chrome or any other apps. Its a real pain. Hopefully they can build some true auto-detect features."
